Andrew has studied with such luminaries as composers Michael Finnissy, Nicola Lefanu, and Jo Horowitz, and British jazz legends Pete Churchill and Nikki Iles. He
has worked with composers Howard Goodall, Adrian Johnstone, Richard Blair-Oliphant, Michael Price, Harry Escott, Mark Sayer-Wade, Steve W. Parsons and Andy Price and alongside orchestrators David Butterworth, Geoff Alexander, Ben Foster and Jonathan Paxman.
Andrew's work has been played in Korea, Hungary, France, Canada, USA and in the UK on Radio Two and performed at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Greenwich Theatre, London, The Turner Sims Concert Hall, Southampton, and the Jack Lyons Concert Hall, York.
His arrangements have been recorded at Abbey Road Studios, Air-Edel Studios, and Angel Studios in London, as well as at Tom-tom studios in Budapest. Andrew also gigs as a jazz pianist and moonlights as a musician on the improvised comedy circuit in London. He was recently nominated for a Best Score Award at the HD/DV Awards in Hollywood for the score he co-composed (With Steven W. Parsons) for Journal of a Contract Killer.
